Summary: The pool was so cold that you could not stay in it. Being an indoor pool, I definitely did not anticipate this. This was one of the main reasons that I booked this hotel because I had my five year-old granddaughter and we had planned to spend time in the pool. When I reported this to the front desk, they said “ we’ll have someone look at it tomorrow.” There were several people down in the pool area, and everyone said that it was too cold to swim.
